They will help promote Jamestown's culture and serve as a liaison between the corporate headquarters and other Jamestown offices and third parties on various initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
: Five or more years of progressively responsible administrative support experience; or, Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Previous experience using Concur or similar travel and expense software is a plus. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Ensure effective and timely communication, both orally and in writing. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality at all levels. Collaborate effectively with others in a team-oriented environment. Effectively work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports. Use Outlook to schedule internal and external meetings for executives. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events; preparing and printing materials; scheduling; arrange catering and set up; and assisting with audiovisual equipment Provide high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, proactively managing executives' calendars, and arranging conference calls. Format and type letters, memos, forms, labels, agendas, notices, reports, or other correspondence and proofs correspondence and related documents of staff. Respond to questions, requests, or problems or directs to appropriate person/department in a timely manner. Perform administrative support functions, including able to pdf documents, split and rename pdf files; compiling documents and obtaining signatures; maintaining various filing systems; notarizing documents; processing invoices in Nexus and completing related functions. This position requires in-person attendance five days a week. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
