Personal / Executive
Assistant We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, polished, and trustworthy Personal / Executive Assistant to provide seamless support across both professional and personal areas primarily for our CEO and possibly other members of Sr. Leadership. This role is all about anticipating needs, managing priorities, and protecting the executive's time with precision and discretion.
What You'll Do:
Calendar & Time Management
  • Optimize schedules, coordinate meetings and personal commitments, resolve conflicts, and provide daily/weekly summaries Email & Communications
  • Manage inbox, draft/respond to emails, flag priorities, and track follow-ups Travel Planning
  • Book flights, hotels, and transportation; create detailed itineraries; handle last-minute changes; prep packing lists Meeting & Task Support
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, track action items, and assist with presentations Personal & Lifestyle Support
  • Handle errands (groceries, returns, dry cleaning, pharmacy), schedule appointments, and manage daily logistics Household Management
  • Coordinate home services, track supplies, and manage subscriptions Shopping & Gifts
  • Personal shopping, gifting, tracking important dates, and coordinating delivery Event Coordination
  • Plan events, book reservations, manage vendors, RSVPs, and guest communication Admin & Financial Support
  • Track expenses, organize receipts, coordinate with accountants, and manage payments Gatekeeping & Representation
  • Screen requests, protect time, and communicate on behalf of the executive
What We're Looking For :
3+ years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant preferred Exceptional organization and time management Marketing experience is a bonus Strong written and verbal communication High discretion and confidentiality Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs Tech-savvy (email, calendars, document management) Calm, adaptable, and thrives under pressure If you excel at keeping life and business running effortlessly behind the scenes, we want to hear from you.
