Job Description

About the Role Sarah Flack Law, LLC — The Golden Lawyer — is a fast-growing boutique personal injury and criminal defense firm headquartered in Buckhead, Atlanta. We are looking for our person. Not just an assistant — a right hand. Someone who moves with our attorney, keeps her organized, shields her time, and makes every client and colleague feel like they are the most important person in the room. This is a highly visible, outward-facing role. You will be in court. You will be in client meetings. You will be the face of this firm when our attorney cannot be. If you are the type of person who genuinely loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making things run smoothly — we want to hear from you. We are a newer firm growing rapidly, and this is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor and grow alongside the owner, CEO, and founding attorney. The right person will not just have a job — they will have a career. What You'll Do Attend court appearances and hearings alongside the attorney — you are her support in the room Manage the attorney's calendar — scheduling, reminders, and keeping her on time and on track Screen and triage all incoming calls and text messages — route client inquiries to the appropriate case manager so the attorney can stay focused on legal work Serve as the first point of contact for clients, potential clients, referral partners, and court personnel — with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care Coordinate logistics for court appearances, meetings, and events — including driving around metro Atlanta as needed Handle miscellaneous tasks that keep the attorney's day running — think of yourself as the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times — in the office, in court, and in the community What We're Looking For Exceptional people skills — the kind that make people feel genuinely welcomed and cared for (think Chick-fil-A, Publix, Delta customer service energy) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Calm under pressure — court days are fast and unpredictable Reliable transportation and comfortable driving throughout metro Atlanta (mileage reimbursed) Professional wardrobe — business and business casual attire required; you will be in court regularly Strong written and verbal communication Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism Tech-comfortable — you will be provided a firm phone and laptop Bonus Points For Prior experience in a law firm, personal injury, or criminal defense setting Experience in customer-facing hospitality, retail, or service roles Familiarity with case management software Notary certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer $23/hour ($47,840 annually) 30 days paid time off (PTO) per year Health insurance stipend Firm phone and laptop provided Mileage reimbursement for travel throughout metro Atlanta Ground floor opportunity at a rapidly growing boutique law firm — grow with us Direct access and daily collaboration with the owner, CEO, and founding attorney A supportive, energetic firm culture where your work genuinely matters Front-row seat to high-stakes litigation and an exciting, fast-growing practice To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note — tell us in 3-5 sentences why you are the person we are describing.
