About the position We are looking for a part-time Administrative & Compliance Assistant to provide support to the Chief Operating Officer and assist with credentialing, compliance, human resources, and administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working behind the scenes to help keep a growing mental health practice running smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain confidential information, and work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (20 hours per week) A few job functions you can expect from this position: Assisting with provider credentialing and payer enrollment maintenance Maintaining credentialing profiles, provider records, and compliance documentation Tracking provider licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, and recredentialing deadlines Assisting with employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file maintenance Monitoring employee compliance trainings and required documentation Supporting HR and compliance processes, including annual reviews, audits, and policy acknowledgments Assisting with preparation for CARF, DBHDD, and other compliance reviews Maintaining organizational policies, procedures, logs, and administrative records Coordinating compliance-related documentation, meetings, trainings, and administrative follow-up Providing administrative support to leadership and assisting with special projects as assigned Skills Needed:
Organization & Attention to Detail:
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure records remain organized and audit-ready. Communication & Professionalism:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with employees, providers, insurance companies, and outside agencies. Time Management & Independence:
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage responsibilities independently, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Problem Solving:
Ability to identify issues, follow through on tasks, and assist with operational and compliance-related problem resolution. Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email systems, and the ability to learn credentialing, HR, and compliance platforms efficiently. •PAY & BENEFITS
•Pay for this position is $19.00 per hour. This is a part-time position scheduled for 20 hours per week.
