Executive Assistant opportunity, in-office, in Dunwoody.
Compensation:
$40,000-$50,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing insurance and financial advisory practice. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping manage internal team communication and accountability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
Follow up daily on pending insurance policies, underwriting cases, and application statuses Liaise with carriers and back-office teams to ensure timely approvals Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings Monitor and organize the executive's email inbox, flagging key action items and responding when appropriate Track the progress and tasks of newly hired advisors Coordinate weekly follow-ups with staff and internal team members Prepare reminders, agendas, and task lists for internal meetings Assist with document organization, digital filing, and CRM updates Create simple reports or summaries related to advisor onboarding, policy status, or task completion Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and ability to manage follow-ups Professional written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (Redtail, Salesforce, etc.) Experience in insurance, financial services, or advisor support is a plus Self-starter who is resourceful and takes initiative
