Executive Assistant - Financial Services ????

Pay:

$30-33/hour on W2 We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to senior executives in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations for leadership. What You'll Do ? Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate domestic/international travel ? Prepare executives for meetings, including gathering materials and drafting agendas ? Respond to emails and handle document requests on behalf of executives ? Create professional presentations, meeting notes, and reports What We're Looking For ? 3+ years supporting C-Level executives, preferably in Financial Services or a related field ? Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities ?
