Responsibilities:

On any given day, you might be: Catching and prioritizing Chelsea's late-night brain dumps and turning them into an organized action list by morning Handling a client situation that just came up and needs to be resolved before Chelsea's next appointment Researching three options for a business decision that Chelsea needs to make this week, with a clear recommendation Managing a complex calendar, flagging conflicts, and protecting Chelsea's focus time Coordinating a vendor, scheduling a service, or tracking down a resource, Chelsea doesn't have time to chase Taking meeting notes, tracking action items, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Supporting event logistics, client communications, and team coordination when needed Doing the personal stuff too — because Chelsea's life doesn't stop when business does
