Job Description

Executive Assistant Dubuque, Iowa, United States We are seeking a friendly and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team while also playing an active role in front desk operations. The ideal candidate thrives in team collaboration, communicates with ease, and excels at prioritizing tasks in a fast‑paced environment. We are also looking for a candidate who has high attention to detail with strong organizational skills, initiative, and dependability. Key Responsibilities Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing incoming communication, and creating a welcoming office experience. Serve as a professional, friendly point of contact for both internal team members and external partners. Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including document preparation, correspondence, and task tracking. In addition… Assist executives in prioritizing daily responsibilities and anticipating needs proactively. Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and day‑to‑day scheduling with strong attention to detail. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for executive meetings and events. What We're Looking For Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. 1-2 years office experience preferred but not required. The standard schedule is in office, Monday through Friday, 8-5pm.
