Description Robert Half is partnering with a well established organization in Muscatine looking for an Executive Assistant. This is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives on autonomy, judgment, and trust — someone who knows how to partner with a senior executive and keep a complex organization moving. What You'll Be Trusted To Do + Serve as the primary Executive Assistant to this executive, with light support to a small senior leadership group + Own complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management + Act as a gatekeeper and trusted partner — knowing when to protect time and when to lean in + Prepare meeting materials, briefings, presentations, and executive communications + Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and events (virtual and in‑person) + Track key initiatives and follow up on deliverables with confidence and discretion + Partner closely with other Executive Assistants across the organization + Handle sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgment What Success Looks Like + You're proactive, organized, and comfortable operating with minimal day‑to‑day direction + You ask smart questions, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly when priorities shift + You understand how senior leaders think — and how to support them effectively + You're confident navigating a large organization and collaborating across teams + You bring maturity, resilience, and a "steady hand" to your work Requirements What We're Looking For + 3-5+ years of experience supporting senior or C‑suite executives + Experience in a larger corporate environment (industry background less important) + Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills + High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams + Comfort working in a tech‑focused, fast‑paced environment Apply/reach out today if interested!
