Support for CEO and Chief of Staff Key Responsibilities Organizational support for CEO and Chief of Staff Rebuilding and maintaining filing systems (currently disorganized) Excel spreadsheet management and data organization General administrative support with a focus on improving operational structure Ability to think independently and take initiative in real time Ideal Candidate Profile Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Strong Excel and administrative systems experience Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal direction Quick thinker with strong problem-solving ability Able to adapt in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Thick-skinned and able to interpret communication style appropriately Personality fit is critical, must align well with CEO's direct communication style (high energy, occasional strong language, generally respectful but blunt)
