This role is best for someone who is extremely proactive and comfortable partnering with senior executives. What you'll do Manage a complex, high-volume calendar and shifting priorities Handle expense management and reconciliation with strong attention to detail Coordinate frequent travel (often private aviation; occasional commercial) Book hotels and manage itineraries as needed Provide additional office/operations support as needed (office manager-style support) What we're looking for Around 3-4+ years of executive assistant experience Excellent written/verbal communication and professionalism Proactive, pre-emptive support style (anticipates needs before being asked) High resilience/thick skin and ability to navigate varying leadership styles Comfortable working fully on-site in
