Job Description:
One of the leading financial services firm in Chicago is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a team of Managing Partners. This firm has a strong team and close knit office culture and very little turnover because of the environment they have created. The ideal candidate will bring an energetic and can-do attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and a dedicated, high-performance work ethic. This role offers a very competitive salary of $125k-150k, commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical and dental insurance as well as generous PTO. Executive Assistant:
Provide high-level administrative support to 3 Partners, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including agenda preparation, materials distribution, logistics, and follow-up tracking of action items Manage expense reporting, invoice processing, and related financial documentation in accordance with company policies Support project coordination efforts to ensure deadlines, priorities, and deliverables are met efficiently Maintain strict confidentiality while exercising sound judgment in handling sensitive and time-sensitive information Qualifications of the
Executive Assistant:
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, with financial services, private equity of investment banking experience strongly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with expense management and CRM systems Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively in support of senior leadership P - 1
