A prestigious consulting firm in Chicago is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior executives. This is an exciting, high-impact role for a proactive, polished professional who operates as a true partner to leadership-anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring executives can stay focused on strategic initiatives. You will serve as a key extension of leadership, balancing independent work with collaboration in a fast-moving, professional environment. Oversee complex calendar management, seamlessly scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, creating detailed, well-organized itineraries and handling all logistics Prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials, agendas, and key documentation to ensure efficiency and success Act as a central point of coordination between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders Proactively manage day-to-day priorities, ensuring alignment with business needs and deadlines Handle expense reporting and financial tracking using systems such as Concur Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive greater overall efficiency Qualifications of theExecutive Assistant:
Minimum of 7+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably within a global organization; C-level support required Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities while supporting multiple executive Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with precision Independent thinker with sound judgment and decision-making ability under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows-based applications Bachelor's Degree preferred P-5Similar remote jobs
