Executive Assistant to CEO (Dotted Line to CFO)

Location:

Burr Ridge, IL (M, Th, Fri WFH) We are happy to support a high-growth distribution company is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO, with a dotted-line relationship to the CFO. This role is a key partner to leadership, focused on driving efficiency, managing priorities, and supporting critical business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing high-impact meetings and resolving conflicts Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications Support financial and operational initiatives in partnership with the CFO Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables across departments Assist with planning meetings, offsites, and company events Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications 5+ years supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and prioritization skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to anticipate needs and operate independently Exposure to finance, operations, or distribution environments is a plus What We're Looking For Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Strong business judgment and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
