Executive Assistant Job Duties:
Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Maintain and update financial ledgers and accounting records, applying principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and resolve any discrepancies. Utilize financial management knowledge to assist in budget preparation and financial planning. Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for improved financial management. Support the Coroner and other senior staff by performing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all financial records and sensitive information. Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required by the Coroner or senior management.
Job Requirements:
