Job Description

About Aegis Solutions Group We're a fast-growing technology integration company that builds smart, secure, and connected environments. We move quickly, we solve real problems, and we're building something that matters. This company was founded on creativity, accountability, honesty, transparency, and kindness. Those aren't just words on a wall… they're how we operate. We work hard, we think critically, and we actually enjoy what we do. If you want a place where showing up with energy and ideas actually matters, where growth is earned through performance, and where your work has real impact, then keep reading. What This Role Actually Is There's a certain kind of person who has quietly run every office they've ever worked in. They knew where everything was before anyone asked. They saw the problem coming three days before it arrived. They thrive in being in the middle of everything and making it all run smoothly. If that's you, this role was written for you. The person in this seat carries real trust and real access. You'll know things, manage things, and handle things that matter because when this works the way it should, the whole operation moves faster and cleaner. Business tasks, scheduling, coordination, talking to customers and vendors, the occasional personal scheduling and tasks. It all lands here, and it all gets handled smoothly. What You'll Do Own the calendar: scheduling, coordination, protecting time and preventing chaos Monitor and manage leadership email: flag what matters, respond where appropriate, keep the inbox working for us instead of against us Track open commitments and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks Handle inbound calls with professionalism and good judgment Coordinate vendors, manage logistics, and run down whatever needs running down Handle personal tasks as part of the role: scheduling, errands, coordination Most importantly: Stay one step ahead. See what's coming, think about what's needed, and handle it before you're asked. What We're Looking For The skills here are straightforward. The mindset is harder to find. You read people and situations accurately.
You communicate directly:
no sugarcoating, no guessing games. You know when something is urgent and you move on it. You're organized without being rigid. You're comfortable with ambiguity and you don't need a playbook for every situation. You're the kind of person who finds genuine satisfaction in making things run smoothly, not because you're told to, but because you care about the work.
The essentials:
You take ownership. If it needs to happen, you make it happen. You don't wait to be reminded. You're discreet. You'll have access to sensitive communications, business decisions, and personal information. That stays where it belongs. You think ahead. You're not just responding to what's in front of you. You're anticipating what comes next. You communicate directly. You say what you mean, flag what matters, and don't go quiet when something feels uncomfortable. You're comfortable with technology. New tools, new systems. You adapt fast and figure things out. What Won't Work Here You need constant direction to know what to do next You treat this like a receptionist job and stop there You're not comfortable handling personal tasks as part of the role You go quiet when something is awkward instead of saying something You're looking for a predictable, low-stakes job Why This Matters In a company that moves this fast, the people who support leadership directly are not in the background. They're in the middle of everything. You'll know what's going on before most people do. You'll have access to real decisions, real conversations, and real stakes. That trust is earned fast here. And if you're the right person, someone who's sharp, discreet, proactive, and takes genuine pride in execution, you'll find that this role grows with you. Our previous Executive Assistant is now our Operations Manager. We don't just talk about growth, we actively plan for it. We're not perfect. We're building this as we go. But we're building it with intention, and we need people who want to be part of that.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
Benefits:
