A well-established and growing organization in Lake Forest, Illinois is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a senior leader within the company. This hybrid position offers a salary range of $110,000-$140,000 and presents an excellent opportunity for a technically proficient, detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while providing seamless support to executive leadership. Executive Assistant:
Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to a senior leader, ensuring priorities, schedules, and communications are managed efficiently. Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and maintaining alignment with key priorities. Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting for the executive. Serve as a primary liaison between the executive and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring follow-through on initiatives. Assist with special projects and operational initiatives, including research, data organization, and documentation. Maintain organized records, documentation, and executive correspondence while handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Qualifications of the
Executive Assistant:
5+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership in a professional environment. Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and other business systems. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and problem-solve proactively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional presence. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
