Job Description

Come grow with us! We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide full administrative support to executive level leadership. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating within a corporate office environment. This is a full-time in office position. This role is on-site at our Carmel, Indiana corporate office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive and other assigned leadership staff. Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, managing calendars, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents. Prepare PowerPoint presentations, as needed. Running reports from Nielsen system. Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Manage calendars, schedules meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Manage all vendor and contractor relationships including scheduling & project management Manage Sample Room and Swag Closet Initial contact for all legal and financial inquiries Receives incoming communication or memos, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. At least four years of related experience within a corporate office required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
