General Purpose:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, financial, and strategic support. This role requires exceptional discretion, judgment, and professionalism, as well as the ability to manage complex, confidential information. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner, ensuring business, financial, and logistical affairs are managed seamlessly and efficiently.
Essential Functions:
Executive & Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise Assist in planning business, personal & community events Personal errands as needed Assist as needed outside regular business hours Financial, Banking & Tax Support Support tax-related activities Assist with financial recordkeeping, expense tracking, and reconciliation as required Maintain organized financial and legal files, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage personal checking account: coordinate and pay bills, taxes and insurance Event Planning & Logistics Plan and coordinate shareholder events, including meetings, retreats, and special functions Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and event logistics from planning through execution Ensure events reflect the professionalism and standards of the organization Assist with community related projects
Desired Skills & Experience:
