$65,000-$70,000 LHH is partnering with a top client in Indianapolis to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs without direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, travel, expenses, and communications Attend meetings, capture notes, and track action items Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups Organize files, systems, contracts, and vendor information Support communication flow and prioritize incoming requests Improve administrative processes and maintain efficient workflows Handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting executives or senior leaders Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, QuickBooks Flexibility for occasional after-hours needs
Preferred:
Background in manufacturing, logistics, or operations Experience with contracts, compliance, or CRM/TMS systems
Pay Details:
