$57,000 - $67,000/year DOE We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to support an executive team while helping oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced corporate office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace experience. The ideal candidate will serve as a key support partner to leadership while also acting as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, helping represent the company's professionalism and culture. ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and executive materials Take meeting notes and track follow-up items as needed Support special projects and additional administrative tasks Office Management & Coordination Maintain office inventory including supplies, snacks, and operational essentials Coordinate vendors, deliveries, office services, and maintenance requests Ensure conference rooms, common spaces, and shared areas remain organized and professional Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages Assist with coordinating internal meetings and office events Front Desk & Guest Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for office guests and visitors Coordinate guest check-ins and meeting logistics Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries professionally Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, office coordinator, or administrative support role Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling/calendar tools Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset Preferred Attributes Friendly, polished, and highly professional demeanor Corporate office or executive support experience preferred Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Self-starter who can anticipate needs and problem-solve independently What You'll Gain Opportunity to work closely with leadership and make a meaningful operational impact Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Access to professional development and growth opportunities Exposure to a fast-moving business with a strong entrepreneurial culture We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at all levels.
