Role Overview The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, including CXOs, VPs, and SVPs, within a fast-paced IT organization. This role requires advanced organizational, communication, and technology skills to manage complex priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities Executive Support + Manage complex calendars, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones + Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and itineraries + Collaborate with executive leadership teams and coordinate with senior offices such as
CEO , CFO
, and other leadership stakeholders + Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership discussions + Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence + Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Meeting & Event Coordination + Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership reviews + Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items to completion + Coordinate town halls, client visits, and internal events + Ensure proper setup and use of collaboration tools such as MS Teams + Partner with executive assistants across the organization to support enterprise-level meetings and events Stakeholder Management + Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information + Build and sustain strong cross-functional relationships across departments such as HR, Finance, and IT Communication & Reporting + Draft professional communications, including emails and presentations + Prepare regular reports, executive summaries, and updates + Ensure alignment and consistency in communication across team Required Skills and Competencies Technical Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Off To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
