Executive Assistant
REPORTS TO
President and CEO Step into a pivotal role at a thriving community bank! We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to partner with senior leadership, coordinate key initiatives, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career in a collaborative banking environment. What You Will Do Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Bank President and CEO and senior leadership team. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy. Assist with special projects, community events, and executive initiatives. Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership, staff, and customers. What We Are Looking For Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, administrative professional, or in a similar support role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, community-focused banking environment.
