Job Family Supervisory No Job Summary The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the management team in a professional, well organized, and timely manner. This position will utilize communication skills and discretion in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provides administrative support to the management team Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with the management team Generates reports and support materials as required Prepares agendas, reports, minutes, and other materials for meetings Prepares and processes credit card and expense reports Manages office supplies for the team Assists in planning events Professionally screens and routes phone calls; responds to routine inquiry calls Consolidates, edits, and distributes various correspondence, reports, and presentations Manages active and fluctuating calendars of events and makes travel arrangements Provides real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts Processes invoices Education, Experience and Qualifications Education Required/Preferred Education Level Description Required High School or GED Preferred Bachelors Degree Degree in business or related field preferred Years of Experience Minimum Comments 5 Five (5) years of experience preferred License / Certification Required/Preferred License / Certification Description Additional Qualifications Computer competency required; experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook preferred Core Competencies Strong customer service skills Detail oriented Interpersonal skills Oral and written communication skills Organizational skills Time management skills Ability to meet deadlines Clerical skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Attentiveness Ability to work as part of a team Working Conditions Working Conditions Indoor, environmentally controlled.
