Mortgage Executive Assistant - Baton Rouge, LA DSLD Homes - 4.0 Baton Rouge, LA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Spreadsheets Word embeddings High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Mortgage Executive Assistant (Full-Time) - Baton Rouge, LA Days and hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Executive Assistant will serve as a partner to the VP Corporate Strategy Finance/Accounting and the Marketing team. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for general administrative and office-related tasks and providing general support to staff, visitors, and clients. This position will perform clerical duties such as data entry, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and running errands.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive general emails and reply with information and/or escalate emails to appropriate personnel. Receive incoming mail and sort or route to appropriate personnel. Type correspondence, envelopes, and memos. Prepare materials and other documents when necessary. Enter data as directed by Manager. Collaborate with multiple internal teams. Serve as a liaison between the manager and internal departments. Manage the manager's schedule and ensure efficient operation of the office. Maintain management databases and binder of all master forms as directed by manager. Maintain filing systems and department files. General office duties and familiarity with basic office equipment. Complete other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an administrative support role; residential construction experience preferred. Strong self-organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to meet expectations of multiple entities. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel and Outlook). Requires basic analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive, upbeat demeanor with a can-do attitude. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
COMPENSATION
Salary is based on experience.
