Seeking an ambitious and professional team member to fulfill an administrative role for a top producing real estate agent. This position will be a full time position working 40 hours per week . We are looking for someone very tech savvy and skilled with social media. Real estate experience is a plus! If you are organized, dependable, will take initiative and go above and beyond, this is the job for you! Duties to include but not limited to: Handling files Coordinating with Clients Handling paperwork Coordinating emails, phone calls and meetings.. etc Managing Social Media Accounts Data Entry & CRM Management Running Errands There will be a required personality test once we review your resume and we will send that to you. There will be a 90 day trial period.
