This role will provide high-level administrative and operation support to the agent while also owning key HR and office management responsibilities. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting employee related processes, and maintaining a well-organized, efficient workplace. Duties Executive support Manage the Agent's calendars, meetings, emails, and scheduling Prepare and organize documents, reports and meeting material Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Agent Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Follow up with agent customers as needed to confirm scheduling, application status, and next steps HR Support Support the hiring process start to finish, including reviewing resumes, tracking candidates through each step, preparing interview materials, and conducting initial candidate interview Assist with onboarding and training logistics to ensure a smooth start date for new hires Assist with maintaining employee records and documentation Support benefits administration Support performance review logistics including scheduling, gathering documentation, and preparing materials Office Management Oversee office operations and ensure the workspace is organized, stocked, and functional Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and service requests Support event coordination for team meetings, offsites, or company functions Other Duties as assigned Qualifications High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in executive administration, office management, or similar support role is preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft office and calendar management tools. Strong communication skills, and a proactive, dependable work style
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
