Job Description

Description We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for leadership in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can keep schedules organized, manage travel logistics, and help meetings run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex executive calendars, schedule appointments, and resolve conflicts to keep priorities on track.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and related itineraries.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics by securing rooms, confirming attendees, and preparing schedules for executive sessions.
  • Support leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Track changes to travel or meeting plans and communicate updates promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and organize materials needed for executive meetings to ensure participants are informed and prepared. Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong ability to manage calendars and prioritize competing scheduling demands.
  • Proven experience booking and coordinating business travel with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize executive meetings and handle related logistics efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
