Job Description:
Overview Insight Global is seeking a highly polished and experienced Executive Assistant to provide primary support to the CEO, with additional support to senior leaders including the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a high-visibility role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage complex and frequently shifting calendars for the CEO (primary) and additional executives, including prioritization and conflict resolution Coordinate end-to-end scheduling and logistics, ensuring seamless execution of meetings and executive commitments Arrange domestic travel, including booking and handling real-time itinerary changes Prepare and submit expense reports (Concur experience preferred) Serve as a gatekeeper and key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and coordinate events, including catering and logistics Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion Proactively track priorities, follow-ups, and key deliverables to keep executives aligned Support ad hoc projects and executive-level initiatives as needed Required Qualifications 5+ years of administrative experience, including at least 1 year supporting a CEO or senior executive Strong experience managing high-volume, complex calendars and travel coordination Experience supporting multiple C-level executives preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Demonstrated ability to work with urgency, take initiative, and solve problems independently Preferred Qualifications Experience in software or technology environments Background supporting fast-paced organizations such as executive support firms, private equity, or financial services Familiarity with tools such as Concur, Zoom, and Slack Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $55.00 - $65.00, depending on experience and qualifications Comprehensive benefits package available from day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) eligibility after 90 days Paid sick leave and additional paid time off in accordance with applicable laws
