Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders and teams within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting logistics, and day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage confidential information while balancing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation Process expense reports through Concur and assist with purchase orders and vendor setup requests Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and other administrative documentation Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and team activities, including catering and facilities requests Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information Collaborate closely with administrative staff and provide backup support as needed Support day-to-day operations, special projects, and ad hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 5+ years, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Concur expense management and administrative coordination preferred
