Job Description:
A non-profit organization, whose headquarters are in Boston, is in need of an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support for a senior executive! This is a temporary position, with expectations of being a temp-to-hire arrangement for the right candidate! The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, helping manage daily priorities, coordinate information flow, support longer-term initiatives, and ensure smooth execution across meetings, travel, documentation, and administrative processes. Core Responsibilities Manage a broad range of administrative and operational support needs with a high degree of independence Coordinate the executive's calendar, meeting preparation, follow-up items, and complex travel arrangements Use sound judgment, discretion, and organizational awareness to support executive priorities and protect confidential information Support occasional in-person administrative needs at the Boston-area office, such as mail handling, meeting setup, document coordination, and supply management Provide on-site support for select meetings or events as needed Respond to ad hoc administrative and coordination requests from senior leaders Coordinate notarization processes, including working with notaries and managing documents required for official or legal purposes Create and maintain accurate records, track tasks, and help improve administrative systems and workflows Support projects by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, resources, and deliverables Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in administrative support, executive support, or a similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound ethical judgment Experience coordinating complex travel and preparing detailed itineraries Compensation The hourly pay range for this position will be betwee n is $3 0-$40, based on experience and qualifications.
