$90,000-$100,000 Position Overview We are conducting a search for a Senior Executive Assistant to support our CEO. We are seeking a highly capable operator who serves as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and force multiplier to an executive operating at a high level. This individual will create leverage, drive organization, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment with competing priorities and constant change. Success in this role means becoming an extension of the executive, anticipating needs before they surface, creating order from complexity, and ensuring priorities move forward with consistency and precision. The ideal person combines executive presence, exceptional judgment, urgency, and a naturally proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities Executive Partnership & Priority Management
- Act as the primary point of coordination and strategic support for the Founding Partner & CEO
- Own and optimize a highly dynamic calendar across internal priorities, external meetings, and shifting business demands
- Anticipate conflicts, identify risks, and proactively create solutions before issues arise
- Maintain visibility into commitments, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure execution and accountability
- Keep priorities moving and provide thoughtful reminders and upward management when necessary Travel, Events & Executive Coordination
- Manage complex domestic travel including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, reservations, and contingency planning
- Coordinate executive appearances, speaking engagements, meetings, and events
- Create seamless experiences while minimizing executive involvement in logistics Communication & Relationship Management
- Manage sensitive communications and exercise strong judgment around prioritization and access
- Serve as a polished representative of the executive internally and externally
- Build trusted relationships across leadership teams, clients, and key stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve executive effectiveness and remove friction from daily operations
- Establish systems and processes that increase organization, communication, and productivity
- Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive priorities as needed
- Assist with select personal logistics and executive lifestyle coordination where appropriate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years supporting a CEO, Founder, President, or other C-level executive in a demanding environment
- Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, growth-oriented, or highly visible organizations
- Proven success managing complex calendars, competing priorities, and extensive travel coordination
- Strong executive presence with the confidence to communicate directly and manage upward when needed
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and decision-making ability
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
