Our client, a wealth management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. In this role, you will lead executive support, client interactions, and office coordination, ensuring smooth execution of workflows and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience supporting senior level professionals in service environments.

Preferred Responsibilities include partnering closely with a senior executive through daily check-ins to manage priorities, calendar, and workflow; acting as the first point of contact for clients and delivering a professional, high-touch experience in person and over the phone; coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring seamless follow-up on key action items; maintaining CRM data, client records, and business tracking reports with a high level of accuracy; supporting office operations including supplies, meeting logistics, and overall organization; assisting with client events, marketing initiatives, and ad hoc projects; and tracking business development activity to support firm growth and accountability. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership in a professional services setting; a polished, high-energy, client-facing presence with excellent communication skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive, no-task-too-small mindset; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; exceptional attention to detail and discretion with confidential information; and a desire to be fully embedded in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.
