Job Description

My non-profit client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join their team as an Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator. This is not a traditional assistant role—it's a central, high-impact position for someone eager to act as a force multiplier for their CEO and executive leadership. {Boston, MA; onsite}
What You'll Do:
Own the CEO's calendar and prioritiesServe as a central point for coordination across internal and external stakeholdersTrack, execute, and drive forward multiple concurrent organizational projects and initiativesDevelop, maintain, and optimize project plans, trackers, dashboards, and executive communicationsPrepare briefing materials, presentations, and concise updates for senior audiencesCoordinate board and committee activities end-to-end, ensuring compliance and detail orientation
