Job Description:
A premier wealth management firm in Boston's Financial District is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a group of Partners in a highly visible and dynamic role. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to all areas of the business, and become an integral part of a collaborative, client-focused team. What You'll Do Manage complex and ever-changing calendars for multiple Partners Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence Organize client meetings, events, and special projects Act as a liaison between Partners, clients, and internal teams Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep priorities moving seamlessly Support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of professional office, administrative, or executive support experience Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt quickly to changing demands Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business technology platforms Professional presence, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset Why Join This Firm?
