This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong judgment, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to executives, coordinating schedules, communications, meetings, and travel while helping streamline day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars for senior leaders, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, materials, and follow-ups. Act as a gatekeeper for executive time and communications. Coordinate logistics for executive team meetings, visits, and company events. Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Manage travel itineraries and logistics. Prepare and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies. Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor coordination when required. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows. Help coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership. Life sciences industry preferred. Experience supporting VP, SVP, or C-level executives preferred. Experience working in fast-paced corporate environments. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication. High level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $95,000-$129,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. We offer a wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits and flexible spending accounts. All compensation and benefits information will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
