Job Description Insight Global is hiring a highly polished, experienced Executive Assistant to primarily support the CEO, with additional support to key executive leaders including the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a high-visibility, high-expectation role supporting a demanding executive team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with urgency, maintains discretion, and is confident managing strong personalities while keeping executives organized and on track. This role will report into the Chief People Officer (CPO - HR). Key Responsibilities Manage complex, constantly shifting calendars for the CEO (primary), CPO, and CFO Own end-to-end scheduling including prioritization, rescheduling, and conflict resolution Coordinate domestic travel logistics (heavy booking + real-time adjustments) Prepare and submit expense reports (Concur preferred) Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for executives (internal and external stakeholders) Prepare materials and presentations for meetings Coordinate meetings, events, and catering logistics Maintain and manage highly confidential information with discretion Proactively keep executives aligned on priorities, commitments, and follow-ups Support ad hoc projects and executive-level initiatives
Compensation:
$55.00/hr to 70.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of administrative experience, including: At least 1+ year directly supporting a CEO or equivalent senior executive Strong experience with: Calendar management (high volume/complex scheduling) Travel coordination and itinerary management Experience supporting multiple C-level executives preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Proven ability to operate with urgency, take initiative, and solve problems independently Software/technology company experience strongly preferred Experience in fast-paced environments such as: Executive support firms Private equity Financial services Familiarity with tools such as: Concur (expenses/travel) Zoom, Slack
