Job Description:
My client, a global financial services firm in Boston, MA, is looking to add an Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations function. This is a highly visible role for someone who is organized, polished, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment! This position will work closely with both internal leadership and external stakeholders, playing a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting a high-performing team. Responsibilities Manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders, coordinating meetings, calendars, and logistics Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes Act as a liaison for the team, communicating with internal partners and external contacts in a professional and timely manner Prepare materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Support tracking and reporting efforts by maintaining and updating internal systems and client data Assist in coordinating team events, investor meetings, and larger-scale initiatives throughout the year Partner with other administrative team members to ensure seamless coverage and support Handle a variety of day-to-day administrative needs while balancing shifting priorities Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of administrative experience within a corporate environment; exposure to financial services is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus This search is being conducted by Monument Staffing on behalf of our client.
