Job Description

Position Overview Tatra Solutions is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the Office of the Director (OD) at the National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR), National Institutes of Health (NIH). This position provides executive-level administrative support and serves as a key resource in coordinating day-to-day operations, executive communications, meeting management, travel coordination, records management, and special projects supporting the scientific mission of NINR. The successful candidate will work independently in a fast-paced federal environment, supporting senior leadership while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, organization, and customer service. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of executive or senior administrative support experience. Relevant administrative or executive support experience in a professional office environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and executive correspondence. Coordinate travel authorizations, travel vouchers, sponsored travel requests, and training requests. Track action items, projects, and office deliverables to ensure timely completion. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, Teams meetings, and related logistics. Maintain office records, databases, spreadsheets, shared calendars, and administrative files. Prepare reports, memoranda, presentations, and other office documents. Support onboarding activities, purchase requests, office supply management, and administrative operations. Research and compile information from NIH systems, databases, and online resources. Maintain SOPs, guidance documents, and administrative procedures. Provide professional support for special projects and emerging office requirements. Security Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain any required NIH system access and credentials including a Federal Background check
Pay:
$42.00 - $45.00 per hour
