About the Role We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the firm's Managing holder and leadership team. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the firm-ideal for someone who wants to go beyond traditional administrative work and act as a strategic partner. You'll help drive firm initiatives, manage complex priorities, and keep leadership operating at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities Executive & Strategic Support Partner with the Managing holder to track and execute key firm initiatives Manage complex calendar, priorities, and daily workflow Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and summaries for meetings and presentations Anticipate needs and proactively support leadership decision-making Operations & Projects Lead and coordinate special projects across departments Conduct research and synthesize information to support firm operations Improve processes and leverage technology/AI tools to increase efficiency Administrative Support Coordinate travel, meetings, and client engagements Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and legal/business documents Support time entry and billing processes Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience (or 1-3 years Chief of Staff experience) Experience in legal or professional services preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy; comfortable using AI and digital tools Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Mac experience preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan PTO + parental leave Disability and life insurance Commuter benefits Office perks including gym, snacks, and more
