Job Description:
LHH is seeking Executive Assistant candidates in Montgomery County for the financial services industry to provide high?level administrative, operational, and strategic support to multiple individuals in a fast?paced environment. The ideal candidate exercises excellent judgment, anticipates needs, and thrives in a role that requires discretion, initiative, and exceptional organizational ability. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary liaison, managing relationships with internal leaders, external partners, and key stakeholders. Provide strategic calendar oversight, ensuring alignment with priorities, long?term planning needs, and organizational objectives. Prepare for commitments by assembling briefing materials, background research, agendas, talking points, and pre?reads. Monitor and track key initiatives, deadlines, and action items, ensuring timely follow?up and visibility into ongoing priorities. Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and internal or external communications on behalf of executives. Oversee logistics for internal and external events and meetings. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of room setup, technology needs, catering, travel, and other meeting logistics. Manage comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, ground transportation, and contingency planning. Prepare, reconcile, and submit detailed expense reports in a timely and compliant manner. Provide support with special projects, research initiatives, or organizational priorities as needed. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of executive support experience, preferably in financial services environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and familiarity with CRM or workflow systems. Strong project?management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously. Background in financial services, consulting, venture capital, private equity or professional services environments. Experience coordinating international travel and high?stakes executive communications. Bachelor's degree.
