Job Description:
LHH is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant for a company located in Bethesda, MD. This is a 2-3 month assignment supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role is 5 days onsite. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting C-level executives and demonstrate strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, including complex calendar management and scheduling Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and develop presentation materials Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and calls Organize and support meetings, events, and executive-level initiatives Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and time-sensitive information Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools This role requires a proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to anticipate needs while operating with a high degree of autonomy.
