Bid Coordinator/Executive Assistant Local

Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Bid Coordinator / Executive Assistant . This unique hybrid role combines the precision and analytical skills required for managing bids with the administrative expertise needed to support executive operations. Key Responsibilities Bid Coordinator Duties Organize and manage bid submissions on bid days, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain and manage bid-related documentation and records. Analyze bid data and assist in preparing competitive proposals. Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to gather necessary information. Leverage knowledge of MEP trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) to support bid preparation. Executive Assistant Duties Assist with company and employee insurance administration. Support 401(k) plan management and related employee benefits. Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite . Provide general administrative support to executives, including scheduling and correspondence. Serve as a personable and professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Previous experience in bid coordination or a similar role; familiarity with MEP trades preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) . Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with insurance and retirement plan administration is a plus.
