Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer in a fast-paced, multi-location hospitality environment. This role is essential to keeping daily operations, communication, and strategic initiatives running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage COO calendar, meetings, travel, and site visits Coordinate communication with leadership, vendors, and partners Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups across locations Support multi-unit restaurant operations and vendor coordination Organize meetings, agendas, and action items Maintain records, expenses, and documentation Qualifications 3-5+ years Executive Assistant experience (hospitality preferred) Strong knowledge of restaurant or multi-unit operations Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment High professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability Technical Skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Scheduling tools (7shifts, OpenTable, Tripleseat preferred) POS systems (Toast, Micros, SpotOn a plus) Work Environment Multi-location hospitality group Mix of office and on-site support Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays ✅ Apply today to join a dynamic, growing hospitality group and work directly with senior leadership.
Pay:
