Senior Executive Assistant (High-Level Support) A reputable, fast-paced organization is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a true right-hand capacity. This role requires someone who has already demonstrated success operating in a demanding, executive-facing environment and can step in with confidence, discretion, and minimal direction. This is not an entry-level or developmental EA role -we're looking for a professional who is accustomed to managing complexity, anticipating needs, and partnering closely with leadership. Key Responsibilities Provide seamless, high-level support to senior executives with competing priorities Own and manage complex, constantly shifting calendars with strategic foresight Coordinate high-stakes meetings, leadership materials, and executive communications Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison across internal and external stakeholders Handle confidential matters with sound judgment and professionalism Manage detailed travel logistics and expense reporting with precision Identify gaps, streamline processes, and proactively solve problems Qualifications (Required) 1+ years of experience in a true Executive Assistant role supporting senior leadership Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Proven track record of managing complex scheduling and executive priorities Strong business judgment, discretion, and professionalism Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, polished communication style Bachelor's degree or equivalent directly relevant executive support experience Highly Preferred Experience supporting multiple executives or C-suite leaders Background in structured, corporate environments with high standards of professionalism Longevity in prior EA roles demonstrating reliability and trust Who Should Apply This opportunity is best suited for an Executive Assistant who: Has already owned an executive support function-not someone looking to grow into it Is comfortable working with minimal oversight and high expectations Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and thrives under pressure Values professionalism, trust, and being a critical partner behind the scenes If you're a seasoned Executive Assistant who takes pride in operating at a high level-we'd love to connect.
