Role Description Savano Capital Partners is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support its growing team. This individual will act as a trusted partner at the center of the firm's day-to-day operations, helping to drive organization, efficiency, and seamless execution. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute meaningfully to the firm's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently plan and manage calendars, meetings, and events Handle travel logistics with precision and attention to detail Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Help document and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and protocols Tackle various office and administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly Research potential clients, partners, and opportunities to support business growth Maintain and update CRM system and notes Guide new team members through an effective onboarding process
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred undergraduate degree with 2+ years of professional experience Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset Polished communication skills Proficiency in tech tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc. Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
