Lead from the Center of It All As our Executive Assistant, you'll play a critical role in keeping our leadership team organized, aligned, and focused on what matters most. From coordinating across clinics to managing executive priorities, you'll be the steady, reliable force behind the scenes that makes everything run smoothly. What You'll Do- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders and physicians across all outpatient clinics
- Coordinate cross-clinic meetings, projects, and communications, driving follow-through and resolving barriers
- Track and manage action items from executive meetings, monitor progress, and escalate risks
- Manage executive calendars and serve as primary gatekeeper, controlling access and prioritizing requests
- Oversee executive correspondence and communications, determining appropriate responses and routing
- Act as central liaison between executives, physicians, and stakeholders, anticipating needs and resolving issues
- Prepare corporate presentations, investor materials, and executive communications for internal and external audiences
- Analyze information to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities to improve workflow and organizational effectiveness
- Maintain confidentiality of executive, financial, clinical, and corporate information
- Lead special projects, operational initiatives, and cross-functional programs About Our Team We're a tight-knit, high-performing team that moves with purpose.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, health administration, or related field, or equivalent education
- 7+ years of experience in executive support or administrative management
- Experience supporting multiple leaders in a healthcare or clinical environment strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive problem-solver
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to make operational decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management software, and virtual collaboration tools
