Job Description:
A highly prestigious, globally recognized Am Law firm is seeking an experienced Executive/Practice Assistant to support a busy team of attorneys in its Washington, DC office. Known for its elite reputation, international reach, and sophisticated client base, the firm offers the opportunity to work alongside leading legal professionals on complex, high-stakes matters.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex attorney calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Support high-performing legal teams with administrative and case-related logistics
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence and documentation
  • Assist with billing, expense reporting, client matter management, and hearing preparation
  • Serve as a trusted partner to attorneys, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting attorneys within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
