  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional office management skills, demonstrate strong communication abilities, and have experience handling diverse administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization committed to compassionate service. Administrative & Operational Support Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team, including the CEO/COO and office leadership Assist with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to support daily business functions Prepare, update, and maintain internal documents, policies, and SOPs Track and organize employee documentation, including performance notes and disciplinary actions Cross-Functional Team Support Support multiple leaders across the organization, with priorities shifting based on business needs Assist the Executive Team, Office Manager, and other leadership as needed Adapt to changing priorities and provide support where it is most needed week-to-week Staff Coordination & Scheduling Communicate updates, expectations, and operational changes to team members in a clear and professional manner Support coordination of staff meetings and internal communications Operations, Workflow & Customer Experience Uphold a high standard of customer service in all patient and staff interactions Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced clinical environment Identify workflow gaps and communicate opportunities for improvement Hiring & Onboarding Support Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination Support onboarding processes and training coordination for new hires Inventory & Office Coordination Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and supply management Help maintain organization and operational readiness across the office
