Job Description:
Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment Manage complex calendars, scheduling, calls, meetings, and shared inbox communications Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, and other executive-facing documents Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, events, and catering logistics Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Distribute communications to leadership teams and related groups Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization Provide backup support to additional executive leadership support staff as needed Qualifications 3+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite or senior executives Experience managing travel arrangements, scheduling, and executive communications Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft polished professional correspondence Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure Professional, polished, adaptable, and confident working with senior leadership Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities while learning the role Strong follow-through and ability to proactively keep leadership organized and on schedule Bachelor's degree preferred; additional relevant experience will also be considered
